Pacific Mambo LLC is the registered business entity associated with Pacific Mambo Orchestra and operates Producer Studio. Christian Tumalán administers Producer Studio on behalf of Pacific Mambo LLC.
Producer Studio is a private tool operated by Pacific Mambo LLC and administered by Christian Tumalán for managing music production work. By using it, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose and to keep your account credentials secure.
Producer Studio SMS notifications are private operational alerts sent only to the account owner/administrator who has explicitly provided and authorized their mobile number during private account configuration. They are operational — not marketing or promotional.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information, including the mobile number used for notifications, and for the security of your account.
Service availability may vary. Features may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable, and message delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks outside our control.
Producer Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or its notifications. Nothing here limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
