This Privacy Policy applies to services operated by Pacific Mambo LLC, including Producer Studio and Pacific Mambo Orchestra-related services administered through christian-tumalan-website.vercel.app. Producer Studio is a private tool administered by Christian Tumalán on behalf of Pacific Mambo LLC for managing music production work. This policy explains what personal information we may collect and how we use it. We aim to collect only what is needed to operate the service.
Depending on how you use Producer Studio, we may collect:
Producer Studio SMS notifications are private, operational/service-related alerts sent only to the account owner/administrator who has explicitly opted in. Users must actively opt in — by entering or confirming their mobile number and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box — to receive these messages. They are not marketing or promotional.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are used only for the operational notification purpose described above. We do not sell mobile phone numbers. We do notshare mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to delivering these operational messages (for example, the SMS provider that delivers the message on our behalf).
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold and retain it only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required to operate the service.
