Business identity
Pacific Mambo LLC is the registered business entity associated with Pacific Mambo Orchestra and operates Producer Studio. Christian Tumalán administers Producer Studio on behalf of Pacific Mambo LLC. Pacific Mambo LLC is the sender of these SMS notifications; Producer Studio is the application the messages relate to.
SMS program
Producer Studio sends low-volume operational SMS notifications to account owners and administrators who explicitly opt in. Notifications may include Development Agent review requests, decisions requiring attention, task status updates, and critical failure alerts. These messages relate to the recipient's use of Producer Studio and are not unsolicited marketing messages.
How users opt in
Users opt in from the authenticated SMS Notifications settings in Producer Studio. The user enters or confirms their mobile number and actively checks an SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. SMS notifications are not enabled unless the user expressly provides consent.
Consent disclosure
The consent checkbox in Producer Studio presents this disclosure, verbatim:

Because enrollment is inside the authenticated Producer Studio area, the screenshot below shows the actual Producer Studio SMS opt-in interface — the mobile number field, the unchecked consent checkbox, and the complete consent disclosure. It shows demo data only; no real phone number or account information is included.

- SMS consent is not transferred or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing.
